So many of us spend our days working in offices where the temperatures can vary from too cold to too warm. So we either bundle up in scarves and sweaters, or stick mini-fans on our desks and suffer. Sometimes not so silently.

Leave it to those forward thinking people at UC Berkeley to come up with the perfect solution! It might look like an ordinary office chair, but it’s anything but. This “personal comfort system” allows users to control the temperature of the chair and thus control their personal environments.

How’s that for a cool invention? Sign me up for the first temperature controlled office chair!
